Panasonic Feeder maintenance operation instruction

Specification for use: 

1. Confirm that the Feeder is a good product before use; 

2. The operator should handle the feed with care when loading, and do not fall or hit the feed; 

3. When the feed is used up and needs to be placed on the feed frame, in order to facilitate the next use, it is necessary to remove the old feed on the feed frame or trolley before putting it on the feed frame or trolley;

4. If any defective feeder is found, it must be pasted on the feeder with a label indicating the cause of the defect and placed in the designated defective feeder maintenance area; 

5. If any loose or falling off parts are found on the feeder, the parts shall be immediately handed over to the technician for timely treatment            6. When the feeder is placed on the feeder frame, the feeder must be fastened to prevent the feeder from falling on the ground and damaging the property of the company; 

7. When the feeder processes the alarm and reloads the feeder or prepares materials, the redundant waste braid protruding from the front of the copper cover plate shall be removed before the feeder is put on to avoid the machine damage caused by the floating of the front cover plate of the feeder;
