Maintenance purpose of Panasonic feeder

In order to make the operation and maintenance personnel understand feeder clearly, use feeder correctly and maintain feeder method. The criteria for determining the quality of feeder:            

1. Check whether the white iron guard board on the outside of feeder is well pressed, and whether the screws on other parts are loose, deformed and warped; confirm whether the compression spring of the left and right material film tape rolling gear on the back of feeder is missing;            

2. Connect the feeder auxiliary power line, manually press the "forward" and "backward" buttons, observe whether the rotation of the front-end braiding drive gear is flexible, manually press the "tape rolling" button to roll the material film tape normally, and confirm that feeder is a good product before it can be used in production.
