Panasonic Feeder maintenance operation instruction

Objective:

In order to make the operation and maintenance personnel understand Feeder clearly, use Feeder correctly and maintain Feeder method. Criteria for judging the quality of feeder:

1. Check whether the white iron guard board on the outside of feeder is well pressed and whether the screws on other parts are loose, deformed and warped; confirm whether the compression spring of the left and right material film tape gear on the back end of Feeder is missing;

2. Connect the feeder auxiliary power line, and manually "forward" and "backward" Press the key to observe whether the braiding driving gear at the front end can rotate flexibly. The manual "roll belt" button can roll the material rubber film normally. Only when it is confirmed that feeder is a good product can it be used in production.

Specification for use:

1. Confirm that the Feeder is a good product before use;

2. The operator should handle the feed with care when loading, and do not fall or hit the feed;

3. When the Feeder is used up and needs to be placed on the feed frame, in order to facilitate the next use, it is necessary to remove the old feed on the feed frame or trolley before putting it on the feed frame or trolley;

4. If any defective feeder is found, it must be pasted on the feeder with a label indicating the cause of the defect and placed in the designated defective feeder maintenance area; 5. If any loose or falling off parts are found on the feeder, the parts shall be immediately handed over to the technician for timely treatment
6. When the feeder is placed on the feeder frame, the feeder must be fastened to prevent the feeder from falling on the ground and damaging the property of the company; 7. When the feeder processes the alarm and reloads the feeder or prepares materials, the redundant waste braid protruding from the front of the copper cover plate shall be removed before the feeder is put on to avoid the machine damage caused by the floating of the front cover plate of the feeder
Maintenance period:
In addition to daily maintenance, feeder also has periodic maintenance. The periodic maintenance is divided into four times in a year, i.e. once a quarter. Operation procedure:

1. Inspection and cleaning
Before each maintenance, check whether Feeder is collided or deformed. In case of any of the above conditions, please do not use it online, mark it and separate it for maintenance
Check whether the driving wheel and take-up wheel of Feeder rotates synchronously
Check whether the pressing plate on Feeder is bent, deformed or damaged; clean the driving wheel, take-up wheel and moving parts of feeder and apply lubricating oil
2. Debugging and correction
The reference fixture feeder is installed on the calibration platform, the cross coordinate in the whole magnifying glass of the regulator corresponds to the hole of the reference fixture feeder, and then the coordinate is locked
Install the standard conveyor belt in Feeder, and then insert it on the debugging jig platform; observe whether the cross coordinate is aligned with the hole in the standard conveyor belt in the magnifying glass, if not, debugging is required;
